Humanscale Terms and Conditions
Once you have confirmed you can start the replacement process, create a new support ticket. When creating the ticket please keep these key items in mind:
- You must attach a picture of the product for the replacement to be processed
- Providing your order number will allow us to track down your order quickly
- Include the Ship to Address
Once we have received the ticket we will review and follow up with any additional required information and information on the processed replacement.
