After a return has been processed you will be informed if the product must be returned for a refund.

Once the product is shipped back and received by Humanscale, the refund will apply within 10 business days from the time our factory receives your returned package.

If you have any questions on the status of your refund, please submit a support ticket and select 'Refund' as the ticket type.
