  1. Login to
    Navigate to “Rewards” at the top of the page.

  2. Claim your reward
    You will then be navigated to the “Rewards Mall” where you can claim either your Reloadable Visa
    Debit Card or a variety of gift cards. 
  3. Order your card
    You will then be navigated to the HumanscaleReloadable Visa window where you can select ‘Order your card’. Note, a minimum balance of $25 is needed to claim your Reloadable Debit card. You will then be asked to agree to the
    Terms and Conditions.

  4. Activate your card once received
    When you receive your New Humanscale Reloadable Visa Debit Card you will see activation instructions on the sticker attached to the card. Please follow these instructions closely and do not navigate to a site other than that provided to activate your card. This will protect you from inputting your card number and personal information on fraudulent websites.

  5. Add funds after activating your card
    One you have received your Reloadable Visacard (cards ship within 7-10 business days) you can return to the Humanscale Reloadable Visa window that will now allow you to manually push funds to the card in the dollar ($) denomination of your choosing. Please Note – funds will NOT automatically push to this Visa card; you will have
    to manually send dollars to it.

  6. Receive notifications
    To receive notifications for the transactions that occur on your account, you can create a profile on Once an account is created, the cardholder can visit the ‘My Profile’ section

    of the page, where you would opt-in to receive debit and credit transaction notifications.

    At any time, the cardholder can also call the toll-free number listed on the back of their card to retrieve transaction history through the automated system 24/7 and have the option to connect with a live agent to discuss any transactions which took place on their card.

Lost/Stolen Card

In case of a lost or stolen Debit Card please contact 877-227-0956 to report the card Lost/Stolen.

Undelivered Card

If you do not receive this Reloadable Visa Debit Card after request is submitted (cards ship within 7-10

business days), please contact the Workstride Customer Service Team at 877-922-4483, email or click on the Help Tab on the top navigation bar and submit

a request for the Customer Service team to contact you.
