After identifying your model, view the Basic Troubleshooting Guide for your model. These steps will resolve most technical issues with your eFloat product.
If you still experience the issue after all steps are taken, contact Humanscale Support and provide the following information:
- Humanscale Order / PO Number
- Issue Details:
- Detailed description of the issue
- Photos/video of the issue
- Troubleshooting steps performed, including error codes, if applicable
- Ship-to address (for shipment of replacement parts, if necessary)
