If you’re eligible for tax exemption, Humanscale makes it easy to apply during checkout.
Follow these step-by-step instructions to submit your tax exemption certificate for review:
- Add Items to Your Cart
Once your ready, view your cart by clicking the cart icon in the top right corner of your page.
- Select Your Shipping State
Select your shipping state and click Apply. Then click Proceed to Checkout.
- Click the Link to Upload your Tax Exemption Certificate
- Upload Your Tax Exemption Certificate
After uploading your certificate, continue as Guest or User.
Tip: Make sure your tax certificate is valid and clearly legible to avoid delays.
- Enter Shipping Details
After entering your shipping details, click Next.
- Enter Billing Details
After entering your billing details, click Next.
- Review and Submit for Tax Exemption Review
What Happens Next?
- Your order will be placed on hold while Humanscale reviews your tax exemption certificate.
- Once approved, you'll receive a checkout link via email to complete your purchase with no taxes applied.
Note: To complete your purchase with no tax, you must access your cart from the checkout link provided.
