If you require support for a product issue such as a damaged itemstart by reviewing the Humanscale Terms and Conditions to ensure your product issue is covered under warranty. 


For support on issues with newly received product, please refer to the Delivery Issues article in the Order Support section. 


If eligible, create a new Support Ticket and select Request Type: Product Issue. Include the following items in your request:

  • Details of Damage/Defect 
  • Photo of the Product 
  • Humanscale Order Number/PO Number 
  • Ship to Address 


After receipt of the support ticket, we will promptly review it and follow up with you if we require any further details or updates.
