Initiating a Return Request
To start a return request, submit a Support Ticket and select Request Type: Returns. To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please include the following details:
- Reason for return
- Qty./Items to Return
- Is product in original packaging?
Once we receive your request, our team will review it promptly and follow up with any next steps or additional information needed. After your return is authorized by our Customer Care team, you’ll receive instructions for sending your item(s) back.
Preparing a Chair for Return
If you are returning a chair, the cylinder may require removal to ensure it fits back in the box for shipment. Follow the steps below:
Tools needed: Mallet, Assistant
- Have your assistant hold the chair off the ground.
- Strike the bottom of the base housing and the top of the cylinder several times.
- The cylinder should loosen and separate from the housing.
Receiving your Refund
After your return is received:
- Credits are typically processed within 10 business days of receiving your returned item(s).
- For Online Shop orders, refunds to your original form of payment may take up to 14 business days from the time the return is processed.
