Returning an Item
For full details on eligibility to return an order, refer to the Returns section of the Humanscale Terms and Conditions.
If your order is eligible for return, create a new Support Ticket and select Request Type: Return. When creating the ticket, include the following details:
- Humanscale Order Number/PO Number
- Ship to Address
After receipt of the support ticket, we will promptly review it and follow up with you if we require any further details or updates regarding the returning order.
Refunds
Once your return has authorized by Customer Care, you will receive instructions for returning your item(s). You can expect a credit to be processed within 10 business days from the date we receive your returned item(s).
- Refunds to the original form of payment may take up to 14 business days from the date we process the return.
- If you have any questions on the status of your refund, please submit a Support Ticket and select Request Type: Payments/Refunds.
